Hi there people im 18 years old and i live in Croatia,Zadar.

So,i had big social anxiety but i decided to work against it so i started with going outside and in shops because i was too scared even to buy something and it worked i stopped being afraid of it.

After some time i decided that i will do something that was my ultimate goal:approaching girls on the streets.

I started before 3 days,and oh boy it was a nerve wracking experience,first day i forced myself to stay whole day outside until i dont do one approach which i did.

Problem is,i kinda fall down emotionally very hard after that one approach here i am on the 3th day and i dont dare to do more approaches.

Going with wingman is not an option for me because all of people i know are just weed smokers,or drunkards and they think im just embarrasing himself so i cut the shit out because those people are boring.

Please help me,im feeling really stupid about all this.

Don't even look at it as "approaching", look at it as "chatting" with girls. Most of the time girls hope you will come and talk to them. Even if the girl won't give you her number, she will sure as hell respect you for what you did. You coming up to her and chatting with her would probably be the highlight of her day.

One of the reasons you have this anxiety is because you are afraid of losing face in front of the girl, but that's the wrong way to look at it. You want to be the giver, not the taker. You chatting her up, is giving her a good time, a good conversation, it is like giving charity to a homeless person.

It's all in your head man, and the only person that can fix it is you.
