I always nod when a girl is talking, to show her I am understanding her.

Then I watched a video by kezia noble where she says nodding is annoying and it's for betas. I know a lot of people don't like kezia but I like her because she breaks down female psychology in a way that makes sense to me.

Then, I watched a video of a guy nodding while someone was talking to him. It's the most beta thing in the world. I cant believe I have been doing it all this time.

What are some other common annoying behaviors that a guy should avoid? things that maybe you are doing subconsciously and not even aware of?

Twitching, fidgiting, general amount of movement (head nodding falls here), posture, tone of voice, speed of speech, and much more affect the way people percieve you.... alpha/beta whatever

Personally I always thought the slow head nod was A-okay. As long as you're not nodding and grinning like you've got a stick up your ass and someone's trying to figure out how to work you like a puppet it's okay.

I usually give a serious look and nod slowly if i'm in that "I really couldn't give a shit what this girl thinks so i'm occasionally going to check out the really hot girl over her shoulder but fuck it, I can nail this girl too" mood.
