| I think we're becoming more self-centered (not that way... maybe), but like, we don't need to compromise as much as we had to back in the day. For example: we have television channels geared to every demographic, websites for specific niches, etc. Back in the day, you named one band, everyone knew who they were because everyone only had so many stations on the radio. Now we have Pandora, Spotify, and XM/Sirius radio.
Everybody seems to have their own thing, so not too many people have to be a part of something. People get Facebook (oh, that's lame now), then they move on to Twitter (is anybody even reading??), or whatever new social media outlet. People don't even have to leave their house at all because all their needs are met.
That's not to say people won't come out or eventually snap out of it, but I feel like society's going through a transition and we're going to have to adapt. _________________ "You ain't accustomed of going through customs. You ain't been nowhere, huh?"
