i will keep it short.HB10,met her some few months ago and only kiss closed..she left my town and when she came back she started dating another guy..i got needy big mistake i know but i posted here about my dilemma.i was told to give her the radio silence.i did she responded saying how sorry she is about hurting me..how should i respond?

I get that it's a different girl from a different thread.

You said she started seeing a guy.

Is she still with that guy (or any guy for that matter)?

I'm asking because if she isn't, and she just dumped him - you're the rebound.
