Kind of addicted to reading at the moment. Weird though - I hadn't read a book in about 8-9 years until about 4 months ago.

Has anyone heard of Psycho Cybernetics? I've heard plenty of good reviews, so I ordered it. Has anybody else read it?

I also ordered The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which I've heard is a boring book?

Next, I'm planning to get Models, by Mark Manson

I've heard nothing but good reviews on the Mark Manson book, but don't quite know what to expect. As for the other 2, had them both suggested to me and decided to go for it...

Psycho-Cybernetics is a good book. I'm halfway through it and it has reminded me ways to be more effective and given some more insight on how to take more control of my life. Reality Transurfing is also another good book series.

I have this book. It's a fantastic inner game resource, which talks about "discovering the success mechanism within you", improving self-image, how to be at peace with yourself, "dehypnotizing from false beliefs", etc. Still very applicable to modern society and attraction between the sexes, despite being written in 1960.

But these psychological topics can be very complex in some parts of the book, and may take a while for some people to understand and internalise. Similar to someone finding pick-up theory who's new to the community, but not really getting it, until going out and applying it and learning more about themselves.
