So when ever I go out I don't plan on talking to girls it just happends there are days I want to and I will, but a lot of the time ill see an attractive girl ill think about going to talk to her but I don't even feel interested todo it nor do I make an excuse not todo it, I just kinda walk past her, I'm not gay that's for sure I feel like I'm just not interested, is it AA? I don't know, any reasons why that is?

Of course you can't always be on all the time. I had had two hours sleep, done a 12 hour shift (I chef so I'm on my feet constantly moving around), spent two hours vigorously dancing at a salsa bar, then a further two hours in a regular club. I passed up two blatant IOIs because I just wanted to go to bed.

Saying that however, don't let "i'm not feeling it right now" become an excuse for not approaching.

Disinterest is AA yes. You feel uninterested because subconsciously you are expecting failure, so why make the effort?

maybe she's not that attractive; might be is AA.

But for the purpose of improving yourself, just think of it as AA, and overcome this and talk to girls. even she might not that attractive.

Exactly. Soon as you see a girl who's cute, train yourself to just GO. As soon as you start thinking about it and weighing the effort vs. payoff is when you talk yourself out of it.
