Is this realistic, that an middle aged man like this could go out more than once in one night, on his own, and each time bring a girl home?

Those were set up at different times, joining him at his own home. He didn't go out and bring them back. So, in theory, of course that's possible. You just have to play your cards right and do a little bit of timing.

As far as going out to three different locations, taking them home, banging it out, and repeating until you've reached the desired number... Probably not. The best I've seen is a buddy of mine having 3 girls at the same bar and each in a different location. Ultimately, though, he only got to go home with one of them.
