Hey so I just started at a new job working at a restaurant a few days ago and I get along with just about everyone, but there's this one girl I suspect likes me. Whenever I'm around, she tries really hard to not look my direction, avoid talking to me, and acts very consciously with other people when I'm around (tries not to look like a fool). She was originally somewhat friendly before, but turned 180 so I suspect something's up.

How can I proceed with this one? Lately I've just been shooting the shit with everyone else to get social proof so I think I've got that part down.

Talk to her, flirt a bit (make your intentions known), ask her out

You have to make the move, don't wait for her.

I'm seeing a girl at work SPAM and I started talking to her on the train to start. That same week we had a work night out and made my intentions known that night (but still socialised with everyone, I didn't just run over to her and chat her up). Maybe you can try and get a work night out, but if you're new that might be difficult. At least ask her out at some point, and don't leave it too long and get stuck in the FZ
