Can anyone tell me what this girl wants? I have no idea how to read her
A couple of years ago at a company / work event I told a HB9 colleague that her hair, in my opinion, looked better blonde, after she had just changed the colour to brown. This led her to spiral out of control, she took the comment so badly she told me not to speak to her again and stormed off
After speaking with the other HBs at work they told me she cannot take criticism, I was more than likely the one person who has actually told her the truth and she clearly hasnt taken to it very well
This weekend just past we had another company event, at a horserace circuit
Our first interaction was on the coach to the event. The driver slammed on the brakes and a box of beers shot forward from the back to under my seat. I looked through the box by my feet. I heard HB9 shout from the back of the coach, 'dont give him any'. I ignored the comment, and no one else said anything.
As we arrived we had a buffet and a couple of hours drinking. I talked to everybody at some point. I was by far one of the most alpha guys from the group, including photos taken with some of the HBs from HB9s social circle
As the buffet was being packed away, and we were preparing to go into the race course, I brought out a bottle of goldschlager. This further attracted attention. I was having guys and HBs do shots. I negged a HB that wouldnt do a shot, which made her take one. Just outside of the group I could see HB9, I shouted out to her 'HB9 want a shot?'. She didnt reply, but instead held a middle finger in the air and walked away with her sister. For the remainder of the day I ignored her
After the coach journey back 70% of the company left for home, whilst the remainder of us went to a local pub on the river. I had a mate collect me to take us to the pub, and he asked the HBs 'do you want a lift?'. As it was one minute round the corner one HB kindly replied, 'we are okay thanks its only there', but HB9 again came out and said 'i like you' (to my friend who she hasnt ever met before) 'but i dont like him, so no'..talking about me of course. We laughed it off, and again her comment made no difference
At the pub I was sitting on the wall with my friend, everyone else including HBs were sittin on the benches around us. HB9 was with her sister keeping distance from all of us. As an hour or so went by, there was space next to me and HB9 came over. I ignored her, and where I had my hand on the wall supporting myself, she sat on my hand and starting talking to someone else facing away from me. I said to me friend sitting the other side of me, what the hell is she doing? I told her she was sitting on my hand and to get off. She ended up going back to her sister
I removed myself from the wall and talked to a couple of HBs. Shortly after I had HB9s sister come over to me. She was very nice, compared to crazy HB9. I kindly explained to her about the whole hair thing, and she understood. She said to me to tell her HB9 sister what I just told her, so she brought us both face to face. Before I could even say anything HB9 stormed off again, so I left her to it, and shortly after they both went home
Now in all honesty I am really not bothered with this HB9, but I am lost with trying to figure out what she wants. We both work for the same company, so neither of us is going anywhere, but at the same time it is getting slightly on my nerves with her continuous ridiculous comments that make difference to anyone. If anything her HB social group will just think less of her, as I get on with all of them just fine
I explained to my friend, who had seen her sit on my hand, and even he said that either:
1) she is as crazy as hell and is just out to get me, as an attention seeker
2) she is playing hard to get, and wants me to fuck the hell out of her
What do others think? Is there a way I should be tackling this?
I have never had a girl that I have had to deal with in this kind of manner
