Hi guys, so I generally don't come on here very often but a few moments ago something happened and I just didn't know how to react. I still can't believe it...

I was in a public library, a fairly busy one without any real secluded spots, I head to the bathroom and thought I seen a girl (i would say about 19 and a hb9) naked on the floor facing her desk... she seen me from about 10 meters away, we both froze for a moment and I carried on into the bathroom... Whilst I was in there I wasn't sure if I was seeing things, there were tonnes of people around and I thought there was no way anyone would do that!!!

On the way out of the bathroom she was just sitting at her desk facing away from me. I honestly thought that I had hallucinated for a moment. I positioned myself in a spot where I could see her head through some book shelves (I know that's fucking creepy but I swear I was just totally in shock at what I thought I had seen). I seen that she kept turning around, then standing up and walking a step or two, and then changing her mind (I assume because she seen or heard someone).

So I decide to sit in the closest seat to her that wasn't occupied (there was a woman around 50-60 sat next to her that was oblivious to what she was doing). After about 20 mins I catch her playing with herself at her seat to her webcam, she giggles, kind of stops and moves her laptop a bit. Over the course of an hour and half she keeps playing with her self on and off. At one point I just watched her and she got off on it, smiling down the webcam and nodding (presumably answering the question "is he watching again?" from a viewer). She looked at me and I fanned my face theatrically as in "you're getting me hot", she laughed and carried on.

Basically she was performing on webcam in the library to either a bf or an audience if it was porn... I wish I could fuck this girl (her and the old bat next to me are still here)... Advice anyone?

Oi vey... ok well this is a long shot but if shes doing this and already knows youve been watching shes already breaking rules and shouldnt mind if you break a couple. Id play that watching on her thing, looking at her through the book case, until she knows whats going on like you said. When she gets bored, do something ballsier, like sitting right next to her. I'm not surprised you guys think I'm lying, f*ck I seen it and it took me a while to believe it! That pretty much is the story guys, she left about 20 mins after my post. I was a wimp caught off guard, potentially missed an opportunity. Anyways I'm going back in an hour or two, hopefully she will be around! Any advice if she is around? (Give me a strategy for the instance when she is doing it again and a strategy if she is just working)...
