Hi, I always do jogging at the park of my neighborhood. There is a hb9 walking laps around the park with her mother. I noticed the hb9 to look at me with few glances when close and then turn the eyes down to the floor, but I never made eye contact with the mother. How should I approach them?

Do something that will humiliate her in front of her mom. Once I saw a girl walking with her mom checking me out, and right in front of her mom I said "What are you looking at?!?" The mom laughed at her being so publicly caught, and she had the biggest crush on me afterwards.

I love meeting girls with their moms. It shows that you have nothing to hide and moms don't get scared, they can screen you and it is fun to tease the daughter with them. Lol

Just approach and ask if they are sisters

That seems stupid

Just approach with anything normal that fits the environment. "Hey u guys know if there's a water fountain around here" or ask them them for "fashion advice" about your running outfit, if it can be improved etc because they seem to have good style. Anything to get in the door.

Moms are pretty much super cool with the situation. The mom KNOWS what's up and usually is flattered that you a) have the balls to engage both of them and b) are trying to pick up her daughter.

Can ask the mom if you can take the daughter out some time. Generally treat the mom & daughter like they are sisters.
