"Hi"

Hold up both of your hands and in a loud, yet calm voice say "I'm not going to rape you." Then put your hand out to shake and say "Hi my name is [your name]".
Then you can run the "A lot of women get raped by strange men in this park" routine. Where you assure her you're not one of those men. Builds comfort.
Next, you mention a particular spot where these serial rapes commonly happen and suggest you two go check it out. Adventure/venue change.
When you get there, resist the urge to rape her. Inform her you were tempted, but you don't do that any more. Then ask for her number.
