There's a really hot girl who works at reception at the gym and we talk every time I go in, however I'm trying to think of an excuse to ask her out somewhere, I think she may have a boyfriend so that's why I'm erring on the side of caution.

Dude you have to realize that's part of her job to be a nice and personable person. However with that being said if you calibrate your situation properly lay the appropriate groundwork its just as easy as picking up at a bar. Ppl say oh hired guns are too hard just flirting for tips or don't try and pick up at the gym, but I've done both before of course I've had some failures, but with those failures I learned how to lay the appropriate groundwork and calibrate the situation properly. Now I feel like I can pick up a girl regardless of the settings.

But given the fact there's awkward potential with this girl I'd say do your homework a bit get some info on her is she seeing anyone make sure she's not just being nice etc before you make a move. Good luck!!
