How do you actually get better at game? i mean, everyone says go out more but will you still achieve a high level of success if you don't consciously change what you say and do? I mean when i game i remember things from previous approaches but before the approach i forget all about them and concentrate on the approach. Do you guys actually force yourself to behave a certain way based on your previous experiences? Like an example would be; You were not asking enough questions or you were asking wayy too many questions or you were talking too much or you didn't kino enough. Would you consciously try to fix these mistakes in your next approach? I was wondering because I barely focus on these things and I just approach hoping that my subconscious will pick up on these.

Think between approach #1 on the night and #2? Maybe a little. But I'd be thinking more like, energy levels.
Afterwards? Yes. Think back on the night and ask yourself what went really well, and what caused things to fall apart.

Try to keep the good things in mind, while avoiding or correcting your pitfalls.
