don't freakout but i'm sarging in iran (yes i know: me speak English ,me no terrorist)

I'll be totally honest here, I know almost nothing of Iran. I do have the perhaps somewhat odd distinction of having a half dozen online friends in the UAE and SA, so I do know more about urban Islamic culture than a lot of people. But of course my friends were unusually Western(obviously as they went to an English forum and made friends with an American Christian). They were also mostly very, very rich. So... take this as the grain of salt it is.

My personal favorites are certainly Sinn, Chase Amante, and Daygame.com. That said, I don't feel like Sinn or DG.com are appropriate in your culture. Too sexual, rude, etc.

Mystery Method works for some people. But if you're not really made to talk %90 of the time and be high energy, it's not for you.

I feel a little constrained offering advice here, but I feel like Chase Amante, Vin Decarlo and Kezia Noble are probably the three safest I can think of. You'll still have to bear in mind that all of these will have to be toned down sexually. But, I can see them potentially working.

A none PUA book I would suggest is "How to Instantly Connect with Anyone" by Leil Lowndes. It's full of a lot of general "people" advice that is not very culture specific, and is all extremely tame and shouldn't get you in trouble almost anywhere.
