So.. 2 weeks ago on Friday I talked with new girl (friend of friend) and she seemed cute so I added her on Facebook on Monday in school and from that time we have amazing conversations on FB.. Chat like I have never had before because the messages are really long and interesting (from both sides).. We did not even know each other well but we write about everything we do or what is happening and we just have fun.
This weekend I am working in a pub with my friend (I am not barman, I am on high school) and girls are comming there cuz they are graduating and they will drink:D . This new girl is comming too and I just must attract her in person too. I want to prepare myself for this, because most of time when I just go on random pickup I fail, because I can not lead conversations that well.. I am learing. How should I act to attract her or do something so she will not want to leave that place? Dont get this like I love her or something. I talk with more girls than just this one, but this one is really worth it.

If it is easy for u to speak on facebook and have decent conversation, why not in rl then? relax, smile to her, behave with her like u know her for ages. In club i suppose, u wont have a chance to have conversation like in fb, because clubs r loud, and u will have to work, but u can say her something connected with a previous conversations, so that u can prepare on and u can even use it to tease her a bit (nice tease), about some of her opinions. but be a bit cold, dont pay her too much attention, that u wont look needy. u two can talk about some casual things, u can tell her something interesting like quick cold reading, or some interesting do u know facts.

Keep doing your job and don't seem too needy, be confident and smile a lot.
It is useful that you are working at the same time because if you feel conversation is getting boring or you just want to let her know that you aren't always around her, you can always leave for a bit to work and come back to her.
Basically, this forum is full of content you can use to try help you stay interesting but just keep up the confidence and think of what stories in your life make you sound like someone of value without bragging.
Pair your stories with some teasing and negs like tiegirl said and you should manage.
