I confessed my love for a girl a few months back and got friendzoned. We started hanging out together a lot but only as just friends. Randomly a couple of weeks ago the girl tells me she doesn't want to hang out anymore. Straight out of the blue, we didn't have an argument or any tension.

It was her birthday a week later and I had already bought her a present so I decided to give her the present anyway. The girl goes back on what she said about not hanging out and starts making contact with me again. We have not met in real life again since I gave her the present but I get the feeling she's only making contact with me just because she feels like she has to pay me back for the present not because she actually wants to hang out?

What do I do when we meet again in real life? Do I question her on why she didn't want to hang out anymore, I actually want to know the answer, probably cause she thinks I'm boring/annoying? Do I tell her she should only hang with me if she actually enjoys it not because she feels like she has to pay me back for the present?

When you guys meet in real life...I would just say hello and start A convo with her like nothing happened.

I agree. Do not call her out on her shit unless it's light and playful. You don't want to insult her or open up the opportunity for you to judge her negatively. A great thing has happened by you being able to communicate with a girl you love again. She took the gift because she felt that you care about her. Continue to demonstrate that you care about her and get your girl.
