I went for an interview for the model position at Hollister about two weeks ago. This really hot girl was sitting next to me and I asked her if she was here for the interview. She said she was and I told her good luck. We had a long conversation after that and she kept on restarting the conversation, laughing, etc.

Long story short, I got her number and we've been texting. SHE even texts ME so I know that she's interested, but whenever I ask to hang out she takes forever to answer and apologizes saying that she can't.

So my question is, what should I do? Since she won't hang out, should I just forget about her? Is there any method for asking her to hang out that she'll respond to?

She seems indecisive, doesn't she? If I were in the same situation myself, I would probably ask her what she wants from me, and tell her that I'm not interested in smalltalk. I would give her an ultimatum to either meet meet or to quit texting altogether. If you ask her out though, make sure you have a very concrete suggestion for a date - a place and time to meet, and an activity.
