HB8 didn't reject but not sure how to proceed

First time posting

I frequently go out with one of my female friends to a rad modern sushi place. She cancelled on me this time so I invited a HB8 to come with in her place. She said she'd love to but rejected cause she already had plans. The convo went on and she showed several IOIs.

She's notorious for rejecting any and all guys who ask, I'm going to break that cycle. I'm prepped for a few a rejections before a success. Considering I already used my "I'm doing something awesome, tag along", how should I ask her next and when?

hey bro - love the confidence on this situation!

Hard to help too much without all the details for instance i dont know why she doesn't meet with guys that ask her, you have to handle that objection if she told you that - sounds like she likes you but you have to move quicker
