Im trying to day game this girl.
She is really into me it seems.
I am trying to pick her up.

Her: "I am really tired I am gonna go to sleep after class".
Me: "I might join you (whilst giving her the eye flick etc...)

Or
her: "I am going home now".
Me : "is that an invitation".

I am thinking of using this, what do you think? good or bad idea?

I think you're jumping the gun for daytime activities, unless she is giving you some serious signs that she's looking to hook up. Get her to go out somewhere with you first. Grab a bite, maybe a few drinks, then move towards bouncing to her pad.

You have a very low chance of going up to a girl during the daytime and basically saying, "Hey, can I follow you home to fuck?" Needs a little more subtlety. Most girls don't want to feel like sluts.
