When I don't look out for a moment, I am talking quickly, filling pauses, getting distracted. And I can not relax outside.

Ideas?

When you catch yourself doing that, try to shut your mouth completely. Let there be an awkward silence, and learn to handle it. I find it quite amusing to see how people start to feel awkward, while I just sit there smiling without giving a fuck, feeling totally comfortable. After a while I can raise my eyebrows hinting "aren't you going to say anything?", putting all the burden on the other person.
