Warm market pick up question

I studied cold approach and practiced cold approach and it seems as if thats all i know or all i do. Admittedly i stopped sleeping with women this way because i didn't like how it felt to go to the super market or gym and be in the same place with several woman whos eye browses perked up after seeing me and we were all in the same spot.

So i'm considering a warm market approach. Unsure of what i want to do so i wanted to ask how you all approach a woman you are already on speaking terms with and have seen each other over a dozen times.

Start the conversation with the target.
Make a forward projection. "I'm going to do x, this weekend this night."
If she's interested she'll say "That's cool, I like to do that, etc"
Then invite her along.

Or ask "do you have any big plans for this weekend, night, tomorrow, etc"
If she says no, I'm bored, nothing to do.
Tell her I'm doing x, you want to come with?

If you kept on seeing the same crowd of girls several times in specific venues like the market, then you have already built enough comfort through propinquity.

Just close the distance, say "Hi." and go for an isolation bounce. As to how, check out Cool Hand Luke's post above me.
