Me and my roommate this girl about 6 months ago. ( she couchsurfed at our place for a bit ) We went out for drinks once and had a decent time. I had too much to drink so I couldn't close the deal. About a month or two ago she came over and was shit face drunk and slept with my roommate and was ranting about how she slept with girls and how she hooks up with guys online and that she goes on there just to hook up with guys. Hold on to that thought! I was giving her a hard time and told her that girls online think they are 10's and in reality they are 4's who think they are 10's and she got kinda upset at this but whatever.

I pretty much didn't care at that point because I just seen her as a friend. Not really into her so I just smoked some bud and went to bed while they were fooling around. Zero fucks given. Well I get on tinder and see that we are matched ( I don't look through profiles I just swipe as fast as possible ). I have zero interest in having a relationship with this girl, but I figure since I know this girl is very loose that this is going to be in the bag and could be an easy lay. I opted to go very direct and I messaged her " Lets fuck " She replies back with " No..... " . I said " Okay it was worth a shot. Its not a big deal " She then replied with " Haha its okay " . I then replied back asking her why she even matched with me in the first place and she said she thought I looked familiar, which made no sense. I told her that I thought that she would be easy and that it wasn't a big deal and then she replied back with " good luck... ." I don't know what she kept putting all the .... in there for but I blocked her.

Why do girls play games like this? Did she really expect me to romance her after her hooking up with my roommate? Was there any way to salvage this or is this a lost cause?

You may have had a shot if you approached that differently... The line about you looking familiar is bullshit, I'm sure.

That's the thing, I didn't even care about hooking up with her until I seen that we were matched up. I figured she was down so I shot her a message. I am just confused as fuck as to what her motives would be. I just wanted to chill with her as a friend and wasn't interested in fucking her. It's one of those situations in which if the vag was offered to me I am of course going to take it, but I am not going to go out of my way to get it.
