Kino and Escalation

Alright, so I'm pretty good with Kino if I'm dancing on a girl, grinding on her and whatnot, but what if I'm not at a dance club? Let's say I'm at a coffee shop or workplace. If in that environment, it's not a big deal for me to touch a girl's arm/hand to accentuate a point, but beyond that, I really don't know where to take it from there. This is something I struggle with, I suppose, as I'm not sure at what point to apply it. Do I do it there or wait until we're somewhere more private?

Any pointers or tutorials to check out?

If you are sitting at a table, there isn't much else to do. At a workplace, if you have already touched her arms or shoulders a couple of time and want to take it one step further, then you can put your arm around her shoulders at appropriate occasions as a friendly gesture. If you are in the right mood joking around with her, you can as well lift her up and run away with her.

That's what I suspected, hugge. I'm guessing I would just have to find a way to get them alone to take things further. It seems I thought kino in the places I described could be more than what I was already doing.
