You should use negs if and only until girls are being rude or obnoxious to you. Rule of thumb: girls makes rude remark, you neg her. Withhold contact for next two minutes, then try again to talk to her. Rude again, neg her again. Few minutes later, try again to talk to her. She's being rude again, next her, probably she was raised by wolves and she has no clue about how to behave in public. But normally they should drop the rude act after the first neg.

Regardless of their hotness level, if girls are being nice to you, you should be equally nice to them. Otherwise you risk driving them away with your negs. Good luck!

They're just girls like any other. There's a football cheerleader who regularly goes to a bar I used to go to, on a night I went. We got along semi-decently. While I have found occasionally going super hard insult on girls (but in a funny, obviously joking way) that are very hot/high status works well, it's not a universal.
