Convert it. Simple really. You've got the social proof with the friend now as she's seen you get with that girl. Girls will always want (even if its a tiny impulse) what they can't have. In fact its not just girls, its human nature to aim for the unobtainable and fucking get it.
Personally I would attempt to have my cake and eat it. Keep the girl who's throwing herself at you as a fuck buddy (be honest with her about this, noone likes a lying prick) then flirt and play game with her friend.
