Im real confused about the whole not interested/interested thing... particularly with day game around campus.

so for example:
I walk into a room and stay focused on where im going, while being aware of IOI's around me. Girls notice me and take interest ...
Now heres where it gets confusing:
so when I make eye contact am I: 1) being distant (who cares?) mentality and merely observing her as i continue on? 2) smiling and approaching? 3) acknowledging with smile and then moving on.

Then how long are you staying IOD'd before mingling into the room?

I find that the aloof IOD thing just keeps me from actually meeting women. At what point do you telegraph interest? And arent you (at least on a small level) telegraphing interest from the moment attraction starts and you recognize her presence? And if you do than doesnt that contradict the whole "throw out any idea of having sex with her" if you want to have sex with her mentality?

And when it getst to romance,
Whats the balance between DHV and DLV in this scene? I do believe I am overthinking this thing but I find that if you dont IOD on some level than sex is her tool to gain power. But yet IOD and (at least in my case) the sex door closes.

Is there a place of woman pursuing the close or does it solely lie on the mans ability? Is there ANY give and take in the m/f sex close or is it all on the man to convince? How do you get out of that trap?

Could someone write out the skeleton of a faux scenario and the role of IOI/IOD and DHV in the midst of it? Im reading the "recommended" book list but obviously having issues bringing cohesion to the info in my mind.
