I am told often that I am good looking and girls think I'm a player, but the truth is, I never got girls. I did a lot of mental masturbation and I think reading a bunch of PUA shit fucked my head up (partly my fault for over analyzing). I read somewhere that direct game works better for good looking people so I decided to say fuck it and experiment. It's ridiculous how much my success rate has gone up by going direct. I don't even know if I can call it "game," but pretty much all I do is be honest with my intentions...if I think she looks hot, I say so. If I feel she is attracted, I don't wait and I tell her I want to take her out. If I feel like 50/50 that she wants to kiss, I just go for it, etc. Best of all, it feels so natural and doesn't seem like I'm using tactics or whatever.

However, I noticed that with really hot girls I can't be direct from the start. I start indirect to bring their auto bitch shield defense down, but I quickly go back to direct when I feel like she is mildly attracted. Anyway, point of the post...

Q: I can't bring myself to fully enjoy sex on a 1 night stand because I am so paranoid about the girl being dirty and me catching shit. There was this 1 girl who gave me amazing head and then got pissed when refused to return the favor lol...(I'm slightly a bacteria-phobe). How far do you guys usually go with 1 night stands? Am I being weird and too paranoid?

I do one night stands, use a condom and I rarely ever go down on girls (not because I don't like it, it usually just doesn't come up).

If you really want to know, ask. Most people are honest and if you bring it up the right way, they'll let you know and won't be offended.

There's always a risk, but you only go through this life one time, right?

Direct might work better for good looking guys. But its not that it won't work for 'ugly' guys. I know a couple of dudes who really aren't that attractive. Two of them are obsessed by looking attractive though, using facetanners and shit. The third dude I know, is actually a bit overweight. I wouldn't call him a balloon, rather balloonish... Anyway, what they all got in common is that they aren't that good looking but they do take care of how they look. They look clean, tidy, taken care of and all three of them also think that they are the best looking fuckers of the world (yeah, they tend to be arrogant). They smell nice. And they all go direct, and I have seen success with all three of them. Just saying

as for your other question:

I dont think you are weird nor paranoid. If you are a bit bacteria-phobic, then that is the way you are. No shame in that.

There is risk when you have sex, nothing you can do about it man. You are either comfortable with it or not. The good news is that most diseases are hard to catch from oral and the diseased that is by far the worst (HIV) is relatively hard to catch.
