There is a really hot girl that I have liked for a long time. We've always been seeing other people whilst we've known each other but I've been sure she likes me for ages.

The other night I invited her to come along to a mates birthday and i had arranged to stay at her house. I ended up in her bed. We were cuddling and stuff. I didn't kiss her as i hadn't had chance to clean my teeth. Anyway as I tried to escalate towards sex she said, "nothing can happen" so i just kinda left it and we fell asleep spooning. I know I should have kept trying after this resistance but I was fairly drunk and thought that it was best to leave it. I'm ruing this decision now!

Anyway, will she just think I'm fucking lame now and be less interested? What can I do from here. We live in different cities so its not easy to see her that often.

She doesn't think you're lame at all, don't worry. You might have been able to push through the LMR (if that's even what it was, who knows for sure) but regardless, I wouldn't consider it a fuck up on your part.

What can you do from here? For one, play it cool. Don't suddenly increase your frequency of contact just because you slept in the same bed or it'll reek of desperation. But there's nothing wrong with trying to meet up with her and escalate the frequency of how often you see each other and see what happens.
