So im at dinner on a date with a HB and the waitress (another HB) shows up and shows obvious IOI (it was actually a little awkward cause I reacted at first, which caused my date to get jealous .. which i suppoe isnt terrible). After seeing me respond in front of my date she then hovered throughout the night (which was obnxoious) and I stylishly ignored her giving my attention to my date.

But (hahah) here's my terrible question:

How can you seduce the waitress HB while still being engaged in dinner with your other HB? And i dont mean ditching one for the other, but stacking them. Is this just a plain bad idea?

I think it's pretty disrespectful to both parties. If you flipped the situation around and some girl you were taking out on a date started flirting with the waiter and trying to seduce him, wouldn't you get up and leave? I know I would.

It's a bad idea as you're on a date with the other girl. Personally I think you're overthinking the whole PUA thing. Whilst girls do react by giving you more attention/attraction increase and such if another girl shows interest in you whilst you're out this is a positive reaction as its more of a

"fuck off bitch, this man is mine" response.

However if you flirt back and try seduce or anything like that you'll just piss her off. Being an absolute cunt will only ever get you've by after you've fucked her and got her emotionally involved with you.

Do not misinterpret behaviour from hired guns as IOI's. They simply flirt to get more tips. The waitress couldn't give a shit about you, she was just interested in your wallet.
