Hi all,

Im new here and just starting out. Making changes in my life and one of them is to stop being that quiet guy at the bar that sits there feeling miserable because girls aren't talking to him. I need to start taking control of things myself. A long road i guess, but Im trying!

Forgive me if I'm missing a section on the forum, but i was interested in if there were any threads on the forum that are written like a diary of somebody getting into all this? It would be an interesting read to go from the beginning and see what they did starting out. The baby steps, saying hi to a stranger, to making conversation with a stranger, to flirting, etc... and seeing how they developed into being somewhat competent or good at this!

Anyone able to point me in that sort of direction? Else maybe I should go that route myself and start one of my own attempts.

I don't know of any, but that's a really good idea. I think I might start one of my own as well.

Check the field reports section. Some are fast learners. Some are slow learners. Many are in between. Choose one that fits you like a tee. Look for NikAFC's field reports and Wall1-e's field reports. I recommend these two so you start on a positive footing. Many field reports are quite depressing. Stay away from those and choose to follow regularly the positive ones.
