Im actually a very laid back dude and can party down. However when I get around people i dont know i drop into a formal frame. Im friendly and all but in a "very strong individual, and so sort of weird" kind of way. However I notice that if I dont try to control myself I get too gregarious and lose all sort of frame all together.

any advice?
