Didnt see a good answer on this. Texting back in forth with iphone. I`m matching the time she takes to text me back. What should I do look at the message and wait, so that it says read? Or should I not even look at it so all it says is delivered when she looks. If she sees I have read it, but not answer she make think "ok this asshole read it, but didnt write back." Which can be good i guess. Its says ill write you back when im ready. If I dont read it says I`m too busy to be worried about your text.

It's much better to leave her in the unknown. That way she'll think like this [hopefully]:

I agree wholeheartedly with turning off your read receipt / notification. Don't let girls know when you read their texts, ever. I also wouldn't take the timing thing too seriously. You want to mix it up. When I'm in a conversation with a girl, sometimes I will reply fast, and sometimes slow. Sometimes, I'll straight up ignore and act as if I never got it if they ask a question I didn't want to answer lol.
