Sometimes I come across as too cocky, or I make a funny joke at the expense of the girl and it doesn't pan out well. Where do you draw the line so you do not come across as an asshole?

A more specific example:

I meet a friend of a friend for a few minutes,
And we introduce ourselves. I see her for a second time a few weeks later at a party, and have some of the greatest sex. Right after we finished I took her home. We text over the course of the next week, and I am really cocky and aggressive. After 2 weeks of not seeing her again, I decide to move on. She calls me out of the blue a month later, and her and her friend hangout at my place for an hour and then leave.

I realize I may have treated her like an object, so after a month of not talking to her, I texted her and apologized. She did take the apology well, so I stopped.

With cocky funny, once things go south, the more cocky you come across, do the more of asshole you look? Also I don't really apologize, I just needed to clear up a moral dilemma. Lastly, it seems that cocky seems to attract more slutty chicks, not really an issue for me, I am just a bit confused as to the motives of the girls. I have always thought girls have sex with guys they could see themselves being in a relationship with. More recently I have come across a lot of chicks that just want a dick down. I am not complaining, just need clarification.

That's normal. A lot of chicks have two categories of guys. Potential boyfriends, and strictly dickly. Sounds like you're finding yourself in category #2 quite often.

^agreed. Category 2 is where I seem to find myself all time. One Night Stands, Girls with Boy Friends, short term flings, booty calls, etc. all seem to be business as usual. I'm not sure if that is usual occurrence in the seduction community, or more of personal circumstance? Does the nature of the cocky form approach attract the demographic above, am I personally doing it, or is it a
Blend of the two.

Above all, I do not necessarily mind the results I am getting. Sometimes though I'd like a relationship, other times I love the independence and variety.

I believe my main issue is when I start to move from category 2 into 1 , 1 into 2, or when the categories blend together. A lot of drama begins to flare up, which ultimately leaves me confused.

Do you find that you actually ever emotionally connect with these women at all? If all you're doing is making her laugh, putting her in a good mood, and then going for sex, it's a natural place to end up.

Another thing is where you're meeting these girls. If it's mostly clubs, it's very difficult to translate ONS girls into a girlfriend. It's not impossible by any means, but your odds are much lower than if you met her other ways.

Some girls will tell you they aren't looking for anything serious, just good conversation and sex. Maybe for some girls that's true because they already have a boyfriend. I found out that a lot of chicks that have been in a relationship for 6 months to a year often get bored, like the adventure and mystery has faded away. So they look for a guy who can provide just that. As for the chicks who are single, from my experiance they say "I'm not looking for anything serious" but after they get the D they don't stop calling.

The BF material question is too complicated to answer simply. But basically, there are definitely guys she mostly wants for sex and doesn't really want to date.

And of course what attracts one woman one way, may attract another woman in a different way or not attract her at all.

Idk how much truth there is to the concept of projection. My friend claims that perhaps the reason I attract the type of women I explained above is because I project a seducer, playboy, rakish type vibe. Apparently Guys that have 1 girlfriend or several at once (whether they are honest or secretive about it) project an emotional caring type of vibe. Any thoughts on this concept?

Being just cocky leads to nowhere. Cocky is a good start (you showed good DHV), then you have to have her invest in you. And escalate.

Otherwise you are just a cocky boy she met somewhere, sometime....
