She never texts first but always responds to my texts right away. So 3 days ago she texted me first but said "Sorry i took so long to respond it took days to respond to you." I havent replyed yet what should i do or should have done? any help with this situation would be helpful.

I wouldn't punish her too much if she is going out of her way to apologize. You should reward her investment. I would respond.
