How do you go from loser to getting phone numbers and a girlfriend. I really need some help guys. I don't have a huge problem talking to girls (except sometimes I get nervous, but usually not that nervous) but girls usually don't tend to like me. I know confidence goes into it, but what else? And how can I become confident other then just talking to people (talking to random people isn't really socially normal where I live by the way.)

I guess I'm fairly average looking, but I'm kind of short so I don't know if women just don't go for short guys or what the deal is but I was hoping you guys could help me with my problem.

Also, I read masturbating makes you lose testosterone or something along those lines so a lot of people stop doing it (no fap) anyway I remember awhile back I quit masturbating for a month-ish and in that month it felt like more girls seemed to be interested in me - until I started again, so would you advise quitting masturbating again?
