dude this is gonna sound harsh, but I think you blew it. You lost your shit at the girl you're seeing because she had something come up and could only meet you for 1/2 hour instead of a couple hours?!? What the fuck! That was the least alpha thing you could have possibly done!! She wasn't behaving badly she didn't deserve that she's living her life! You losing your shit = needy,desperate,physcotic. You calling and texting repeatedly same deal. All you can do now is step away don't even think of contacting her until she contacts you and then give it at least 24hrs until you respond. By the sounds of how you acted if you contact her again she'll respond with a restraining order.

For future reference if you find yourself in this situation use the I'm divorcing you routine.
Here's an example of how I dealt with a flake a couple months ago

Her: heyy I'm really tired I don't think I can make it out tonight.
Me: no worries buddy of mine has a fight in vegas tonight. Friend of mine is twisting my arm pretty hard to come out

Her: WHAT!!!!! VEGAS!!!! Go, but make sure you behave!!!
From there she texted me repeatedly through the nigh until I got sick of replying and even then she still kept txting me.

You showed neediness desperation and that your happiness depends on her. All of which are bad.
