I understand the definition and theory behind calibrating. you adjust your responses based on someone else's response. but HOW do you calibrate? like let's say I tell a girl "you look like a super model" and watch her response. she smiles and looks at the floor. Now what? what do I do now? how do I calibrate?
That's not calibration. That is microcalibration. For now, you can focus on calibration and work on microcalibration later.
Calibration is the process of creating a strong frame that is based in reality. You can start with any frame you want. Say your frame is "every girl I interact with, wants to fuck me". You believe in this frame to death, test in many many times, and push sets really hard, i.e. burn them to the ground. Then after a number of sets, you analyse results and say Hmmm, my frame was wrong and I'll change it to new frame. This is calibration. During this process you create new belifs, new things to say etc. Then you repeat the process and learn new things.
You know your calibration is on, once you are doing the right things you and you are not even thinking about them, and you are getting great results. When you get here, you have a strong frame, and now you can focus on microcalibration.
The goal of microcalibration is to see how small tweaks in what you are doing are changing the outcome you get. And here you can pay more attention of things like how she is reacting to your particular action.
Based on what you said, it seems like you don't really know what you are doing in sets and are focusing on the wrong this right now. Which is totally ok. My advice is to forget about calibration for now, and just sarge as many sets as you can, stay in there as long as you can, and try to escalate. In one month, see what your results are, and you can start working on calibration then.
One more thing. In the process of learing the calibration, you are going to lose sooo many girls. And you'll feel like you almost have them, and then you blow it. And that is the foundation that's gonna build your game.
