I'll have students do this all the time.... Think of 10 different qualities you want in a woman that aren't based on her looks and write them down. You can post them on here if you'd like and I will give you questions you can ask the girl so you can screen for these qualities. As Joey said, you have to have some standards... otherwise you might as well fuck a box of razor blades.
I like women with these qualities:
1. not superficial
2. not materialistic
3. not judgmental
4. physically natural (no nose job, no "enhanced" tits, nothing fake) - this is based on looks, but it reveals something deeper if a woman is doing surgery to change herself
5. exercise regularly
6. women that don't do things just because everyone else is doing it, women that can think for themselves.
7. humble (my biggest turn off stuck-up people)
8. mature mature mature - I hate women that think and act like children
9. faithful and not a slut
10. honest - I would rather hear the harsh truth than a nice lie.
if she has an old phone instead of an iphone, that's a major plus, I am tired of seeing every woman with iphones. I like women that are simple.
