Hey guys!

At work we have a place where people can work when they are tired being in their office. I've been there a couple time this month and I met a girl. The first time I saw her (we were seated at the same table) we speak few minutes not more.

Few days ago, I met her again at the same table and we had a pretty long conversation about nothing really special, just talking. At the end of the day, I said to her it would be great working toghter another time so I gave her my number. She immediatly saved it on is Iphone and texted me back so I can record it too. After this number exchange, we continued talking for 20 minutes before I left.

I have texted her couple times last two days but she always write me back like 4 hours after. Last time she wrote me and said that she will probably not come back to the "place" for a few weeks... However, she asked me: what about you? Will you go back there? I said to myself I shouldn't try dating her with text messages so I thought it was time to ask her going out. I wrote her back and I said at the same time: we should see eachother before christmas somewhere, that would be great! Sounds good?

Since this afternoon (about 8 hours now) I haven't received a text back yet...

What do you guys think I should do now?

Just play your game and wait. I wouldn't personally ask for dates by text as it allows this tension to build and makes you overthink things. I typically make the phone call asking for the date.

If no response, freezeout and try a re open sometime in the future. If you get a response, don't be too eager to respond. I'm still a newbie so there may be better options tho.

Wait it out. Sometimes, girls just take forever to text back. Other times, they even forget.

Yes, I think it's pretty clear what I'm looking for.

Actually, she texted me back this morning around 6AM. She said yes, we can see eachother, but she then said she's leaving almost all Chritmas holidays to Madrid.

I still don't understand why she always wait so long to reply... I'll be probably not answer her before tonight (few hours).
