Cause I'm going to be honest, if I see an attractive girl, I will look at her every once in a while.

If she reciprocates and has a positive reaction, go meet her. You won't ever get rejected on the approach this way.
It's no guarantee that she wants the D though. But i'm sure you will figure out if she is interested when you proceed to get to know her
