Okay so here is what happens : Girl comes to a pub or something and we are more guys at the table. I say hi and invite her to sit. What happens is that more guys will start talking to her and so we talk with everyone at the table. Now i want to isolate her from others. How do i do it and what am i supossed to talk about to make her come with me? I dont have any problems talking to her 1 on 1 and even doing kinos, my only problem is isolation.. Any helps?

I would say it depends on the situation around the table. First you need to sit close enough to have a conversation with her. Even better if you sit right next to her, or at least in front of her, so there is (at least) a theoretical possibility that you can have your own private conversation right at the table.

To make it easier to isolate her you should try to connect to her slightly more/better than any other guy. Unfortunately you do this by competing about her attention, something you would rather avoid. Create some kind of secret between the two of you.

For the isolation, if she is sitting in a not-locked-in-position (= it is easy for her to stand up and walk away from the table), you could just suggest going to the bar and order a beer. "Would you like to join me to the bar and order something to drink?" If she is sitting in a difficult spot, you have to wait for a better opportunity. Try to manipulate people around the table to make them stand up so you can rearrange where people sit. Or just wait. If she has to go to the bathroom you can go too, for instance.
