How to record interactions?

Me and some guys in the lair that I'm a part of are looking to start filming our interactions. And, I really have no idea how to film these interactions without getting caught! Is there a special camera or something? We're looking to start our own youtube channel, that focuses on the progression from AFC to PUA. Too many channels only show their interactions when they're PUAs, not AFCs.
