Stuff from an ex boyfriend hanging in her room

What if your girlfriend has an orbiter ex who she calls a wussy, but has a large piece of artwork in her room or two that he drew for her long ago still hanging?

She has a pic of me up, a poster I gave her, a gift I gave her.....and has no idea that I know he drew that stuff. In fact it has never came up before.


Should I insult the picture and say take it down? Once again she has NO IDEA I know who drew it or anything

Maybe she just likes the artwork. Doesn't mean she likes him. If an ex girlfriend gave you a really nice painting that you thought was awesome, but then you broke up with her, would you take it down? I wouldn't worry about it and definitely don't bring it up. That will just seem insecure.

I see what you are saying. But I would take it down out of respect to my NEW girlfriend. The piece on the wall is large and the signature is small, but every time she looks at it she would have to think of him (or at least I would if it were me.) And the smaller piece is a birthday card that says "love____" but is covered up by other objects on her dresser

Seriously, listen to him ^

Don't bring it up and don't take it down or anything. Just let it be. She's with you and she likes you. Don't you have ANY gifts from ex girlfriends that you still like and use on a regular basis? I sure do. Doesn't mean I still have feelings for them or even think about them when I use it. Or if I do think about them its usually bad things like why I broke up with her. Just let it go man.
