By some weird coincidence all of my closest friends are women. I started college with a girl from high school, became friends with her friends, was briefly romantic with one which ended on a generally good note and after 2 more years of university my "inner circle" is now female. In general this has been great, I have learned a shit ton from them and find it fairly easy to talk to the opposite sex. The old advice of "make female friends" is definitely true. There is however one problem...

...THEY ARE THE WORST WINGMEN EVER!!!

It's astonishing, they just don't know how to get girls. They are classic college airheads who prefer to spend time dancing and running about than actually talking to people on a night out. I think the major thing is that they are awkward, when I am talking to a girl or even to a group they would hang back or just stand there. As a result I am the loner guy with no friends, not very attractive.

I always give out to them for it and beg them to wing girl with me as any normal male friend would but they always say that they don't know how and for the life of me I don't know what to tell them. I know what a wingman does, I am an excellent wingman, but for some reason the wingman skills just don't translate to what a woman would do.

Any advice? how can I turn my girls into the Charlie's Angels of pick up artistry? They are definitely willing, just not able.

I agree, females are typically pretty terrible wing girls, except for a select few. BUT you don't need wingmen when you're out with girls. Just start the night dancing/having fun with your girlfriends and other girls will see this. Instantly they'll wonder why you're so awesome that you have so many girlfriends there. It will make girls 100x easier to talk to and pick up, to the point where you won't even need wingmen.
