Anyway, I know that when you're face to face with a girl and she twirls her hair while maintaining eye contact, it's likely an IOI, but what about when you're behind a girl and she keeps playing with her hair and raising it up to show you the back of her neck. Generally speaking, would you include this with the "playing with her hair" IOI or not?

Personally, I wouldn't include it unless she's actually aware of you. If you've had some form of interaction, and received IOI's before, that's one thing. Just having her play with her hair while sitting in front of you isn't necessarily an IOI (or necessarily directed at you, so watch where she is looking). _________________ Bright
