When is the time to start the kino? When approach? After rapport? Before rapport? I'm new in pick up and I'm curious I looked in the forum but didn't find anything about when to start kino. :)

To answer your question... You want to start touching as soon as you approach. Here's a guide I made a few months back on how to effectively escalate kino.

I agree with Majical, you should touch as soon as possible as if you're a natural touchy feely type of person. It makes escalation a lot easier as you have already started the process from the outset. The limbic (emotional brain) is very sensitive to touch as it uses a fastrack pathway to the girls attraction circuits which in turn releases Oxytocin (the bonding hormone) and influences the girl on an unconscious level.

It is never too soon to initiate kino. Some guys open the convo with a hug or a kiss on the cheek. You can just be natural about it; touch her arm very very early in the interaction; be touchy feely (not overly touchy feely) in a smooth, totally non-needy way like it's second nature, and soon it will become second nature.
