Is there a most effective and convenient way to capture Canon MXF files from CF cards to FCP?

Here are 4 steps to help you convert Canon XF300 MXF files into Apple ProRes 422 MOV for FCP X easily:
Step1: Add MXF files to Aunsoft TransMXF for Mac
Launch Aunsoft TransMXF for Mac, import MXF files to it. Click "add video which can only add one file a time?(You can also drag MXF files into it directly.)
Note: To avoid of no audio in output files, you’d better to ensure whether the source MXF file has sound in preview before conversion.
Step 2: Select the output format
Click the "format" and choose the "Final Cut Pro -> Apple ProRes 422 (.MOV)" files as the output format for FCP X.
And you can set the destination for the output files or using the default path.
Step3: Set the Profile
Click "Settings" to set video and audio profile
Note:
1.If you need high quality of converted MOV files, you can choose Apple ProRes 422(HQ) and set bitrate as high quality.
2.The video frame rate as 30fps, video size as 1920*1080 is system default to guarantee the best quality for editing in Final Cut Pro. You can change the video size from 1920*1080 to 1280*720 to relatively reduce the size of the converted files.
Step 4: Click "Convert" icon to start convert your Canon XF300 MXF files to ProRes 422 MOV. After conversion completed, you can load the converted MOV to FCP X for further editing without any compatible issue.
What's more, TransMXF for Mac can also convert MXF files to any other compatible formats for editing in iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, etc.
