Hey PUA community and random internet surfers!

So for the past 2 months I have been working at a restaurant as a waiter and I really like my job. I'm usually a upbeat positive person who is joking around and likes to have fun. I am however inexperienced with girls. I do get quite a lot of attention from the girls at my work though and there is one in particular I like. Let's call her HBCute. We always have these little moments when we are working, we look at each other and smile. Plenty of IOI's. We flirt a bit and the convos are a little awkward but the attraction is definitely there. I do like her, but not sure how to escalate properly. If someone could post a link about escalation it would be much appreciated.

One night after work it was raining heavily. I was going to a pub to meet friends and HBCute suggested I could walk her down to the bus stop. I duly agreed seeing this was a chance to talk and prehaps game her a little. We chatted about family, goals in life and relationships. She has a BF of 3 years (She's 18) and mentions she rarely gets to see him. We hugged and said our goodbyes. While I do think she's into me, the fact she's in a LTR will make her harder to game successfully. One thing to flirt and joke around. Quite another to actually act on your feelings. She got my number from a co worker, another IOI. And she invited me to her upcoming birthday party in 10 days time. I do want her, possibly a LTR as well as being hot she's a pretty cool girl. But would be quite satisfied just K or F closing her. Along with a few other co workers, we are meeting up for hot pot and karaoke in 5 hours. I think part of the reason she is going is because I am going. And most of the reason I am going is because she is going! A lot of chances to game here.
