Whats the best way to build comfort and sexual attraction with a girl? shes flaked on me 3 times and says she likes me but is to shy to meet me even though im in all of her classes. people have said I need to build a higher level of comfort with her. any suggestions?

If she's shy don't escalate too quickly or you'll scare her away. In fact don't escalate much unless you're in a social environment(A pub, club or party).
